Who we are

If you are a client, the handling of data inside systems we build for you is governed by the data processing agreement in your engagement contract, not by this policy. This policy covers this website only.

What you give us deliberately

Three places on this site let you send us something:

• The contact form. Your name, work email, company, team size and whatever you write in the message field.
• The hero enquiry field. An email address or a phone number, plus the country dialling code shown alongside it.
• Email links. Applying for a role or asking a question opens your own mail client; we receive whatever you choose to send.

We use this only to reply to you and, if it goes further, to run the engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

What your browser sends without being asked

Loading a page causes your browser to contact a small number of third parties. Each of them will see your IP address and basic request information as a consequence of that.

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the typeface used across the site.
• YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) — the showreel panel. We use the no-cookie host, so YouTube does not set a tracking cookie unless you actually play the video. The player is only loaded once that panel appears, not on page load.
• IP geolocation (ipapi.co, with ipwho.is as a fallback) — used solely to pre-select a country dialling code. This request is made only if you start typing a phone number into the enquiry field. If you never do, your IP is never sent to either service.

These are independent controllers of the data they receive. Their own privacy terms apply, and we have no access to what they retain.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. The only cookies that can appear are ones YouTube sets if you press play on the embedded video.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, [HOSTING PROVIDER], keeps standard access logs containing IP addresses, timestamps and requested URLs. These are retained for [RETENTION PERIOD] and used for security and diagnosing faults.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] so we have context if you come back to us, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the contract sets the retention terms instead. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner and we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, or to have it sent elsewhere. Email us and we will action it within [RESPONSE PERIOD]. We will not ask you why.

Where data goes

This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page rather than made quietly.
